Extra Distribution Information
Coastal drainages from Fitzroy River, southern QLD (23º25´S, 149º57'E) to the Murray River, SA (35º24'S, 138º58´E), and inland from the south-east of the main Murray/Darling/Culgoa/Condamine drainage towards the main eastern divide, and from the Darr River/Thompson River/Cooper Creek drainage flowing south-west to Lake Eyre; the species was introduced into southern TAS (42º40´S, 146º50´E) but did not establish; temperate.
