Introduction

In a recent revision of the Galaxias olidus species complex Raadik (2011, 2014) identified 15 species, 12 of which were undescribed, based on morphological, allozyme and molecular data (see also Adams et al. 2014).

Extra Distribution Information

Widespread in south-eastern Australia on both sides of the Great Dividing Range from southern QLD (ca. 28ºS 152º20'E), through NSW and ACT to central VIC (ca. 37º21'S, 144º32'E), and disjunct catchments west of the Mt Lofty Ranges, SA, occurs across a wide elevational range, generally at greater elevation in the northern part of its range; temperate
