   Holotype QVM 1971:5:16 (ex QVM H.T. 948), creek crossing the Hobart-Queenstown Road, about three and three-quarter miles westward from Nive Bridge, TAS.
  Paratype(s) BMNH 1966.5.6.3 (ex QVM), collected with Holotype; QVM 1971:5:17 (2), collected with Holotype.
