Syntype(s) UUZM 183 (Neotype designation by Fricke 1999:449 is invalid; see Fricke 2000:639. Syntype at UUZM from Åhlander (according to Catalog of Fishes) -- the Ankarcrona 1741 specimen was taken by Linnaeus from the Academy of Sciences and brought to Uppsala in 1741.Locality incorrectly labelled India), Indonesia.
