Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Allocasuarina distyla (Vent.) L.A.S.Johnson [CASUARINACEAE] Black Sheoak (on foliage); Angophora hispida (Sm.) Blaxell [MYRTACEAE] Dwarf Apple (on flowers); Eucalyptus sp. [MYRTACEAE] Gum Tree (on leaves of small gum trees); Xanthorrhoea johnsonii A.T.Lee [XANTHORRHOEACEAE] Northern Forest Grasstree (on foliage); Leptospermum sp. [MYRTACEAE] Tea-tree (on foliage)), volant.

Larva: wood-borer (associated flora: Xanthorrhoea spp. [XANTHORRHOEACEAE]).

Extra Ecological Information

Williams & Williams (1983) recorded this species from Casuarina distyla and Xanthorrhoea sp.
