Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, folivore (associated flora: Acacia spp. [FABACEAE] Wattle (on flowers)), volant.

Larva: gall-inducer (associated flora: Acacia blakelyi Maiden & Betche [FABACEAE]), wood-borer.

Extra Ecological Information

At Eneabba, the larvae form galls on Acacia blakelyi Maiden (Barker 2001).
