   Holotype MNHP 5873 (based on one specimen, but literature synonymy given)
  Comment: A Lectotype RMNH 25402, Sibogha, western Sumatra and Paralectotypes BMNH 1867.11.28.83; MNHP 5873; RMNH 7264; NMV A882.were designated by Tyler (1968: 280) believing that other Bleeker paper was the first description, but see Beaunier et al. (2008).
