Holotype CSIRO H 8264-02 43.6 mm SL (38 m), north of Cape Lambert, Western Australia, Australia [20°11′S, 117°21′E].
Paratype(s) CSIRO multiple lots 18: 22.4 - 39.0 mm SL, various locations off NW coast of WA; KAUM multiple lots 4: 26.0 - 35.3 mm SL, various locations off NW coast of WA.
