Holotype CSIRO H6592-04 77.4 mm SL (403 m depth), Ashmore Terrace, Western Australia [12°36′S, 123°26′E].
Paratype(s) CSIRO multiple lots 3: 56.8 - 74.6 mm SL, various locations off northwest WA; KAUM I. 162242-43 2: 30.7 - 38.9 mm SL, Ashmore L30 transect, SE of Ashmore Reef, WA [12°28′53"–29′58"S, 123°25′04"–00"E]; WAM P.28058- 001 82.3 mm SL (400 m), approximately 80 km south west of Rowley Shoals, WA [18°05′S, 118°10′E]; NMV multiple lots 12: 22.2 - 53.6 mm SL, various locations off northwest WA.
