Introduction
This odd little (4–4.6 mm) species has distinctive paired orange spots on the head and pronotum and a brown reticulated pattern on the forewings. It is found in Papua New Guinea as well as in the wet tropics of North Queensland.

Diagnosis
Face of head whitish. Crown white with four orange spots. Pronotum white with four anterior and four posterior orange spots. Scutellum white with obscure orange markings. Tegmen whitish with a brown scribble pattern. Length ♀ 4.8 mm (Evans 1966)
