Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Cantharospermum reticulatum (Aiton) Ewart & O.B.Davies [FABACEAE] (on leaves)), volant.

Larva: miner.

Extra Ecological Information

Hawkeswood (1990) recorded this species (as Trachys) on leaves of Atylosia reticulata (Fabaceae).
