    Paratype(s) BMNH 1939.4.1.6 (ex. USNM); USNM 99105 (2 specimens), Makyan Island (northeast), between Gillolo Island and Makyan Island, Indonesia; USNM 99109, Palawan Passage, Pt.     Comment: Paratype numbers are not specified in the original publication (Smith & Radcliffe 1913). The only locality information given about their material (presumably the paratypes) is: "With the exception of one specimen, which came from Palawan Passage, all our examples were taken in the region of Gillolo Island." (Smith & Radcliff 1913 p.162).
