Holotype ZMM P.18060 (depth 0-200 m), Indian Ocean [44°55´S, 134°46´W].

Extra Distribution Information
East of Tathra, NSW (36°43'S), to east of Cape Barren Island, TAS (40°28'S), also Tasman Sea and Southern Ocean outside AUS EEZ, recorded from Kerguelen Islands and probably present around Heard and MacDonald Islands; temperate, south Indo-Pacific.
