Diagnosis
Medium-sized species. Prosternal furrow and sternopleuron without pile. Frons very wide. Fore femur with 1 strong pd macroseta, weak av's and pv's are present in some specimens. Middle femur with about 5 pv macrosetae; pd's absent or present. Colour pattern of fore femora unique in the group: yellow-brown with dark stripe on dorsal side. Costa with numerous setae arranged in 3-4 rows. Gonostyle entirely slender.
