Diagnosis
Medium-sized species. Male at once recognised in a caudal view by a pair of thin, yellow-brown, posteriorly projecting lamellae surrounding the long and narrow distiphallus at an angle of 75º. Female easily recognised by structure of furcar (but dissection of course necessary). Prosternal furrow and sternopleuron without pile. Fore femora grey-black, with several pd's; av's absent or only present at apex. Mesonotum pure dark grey, without the slightest brownish tinge.
