Diagnosis

Small species. Prosternal furrow and sternopleuron without pile. Frons with richer provision of long, strong setae, and frons wider than in niveus. Occipital macrosetae demelanised as in niveus and albosetosus. Fore femur with 1 or 2 macrosetae. Femora grey-black. Male abdomen with marked, blackish anterior bands.
