This species is apparently an Australian endemic distributed in SE Queensland and NE New South Wales.

Ecological Descriptors

All stages: phloem feeder.

 

Diagnosis

A comprehensive description was provided by Huang & Bourgoin (1993). The species can be differentiated from the only other species recorded in Australia, T. aschei Huang & Bourgoin, by characters of the male and female genitalia and probably also by distributional differences.
