Extra Distribution Information

North-east of Townsville, QLD (18°44´S) to west of Dongara, WA (29°22´S, 113°47'E), also Lord Howe and Norfolk Island Provinces and Macquarie Island, possible Australian Museum record from off Cape York, but this may represent an undescribed species; tropical, temperate, east-Indo-south-west Pacific (New Zealand).
