Holotype SAMA N1982132 ♂, WA: Mullamullang Cave N37 (Dome Chamber), near Madura, Nullarbor Plain.

Comment: Gray (1992) updates cave reference to 6N37; Gray (1981, 1992) gives holotype registration number as BS1860.
