Introduction
The synonymy presented here differs from that of Parenti (2004). Discovery of species described in the Courier Mail newspaper, Brisbane by De Vis resulted in a need to reevaluate the previous synonymy. Jeff Johnson of the Queensland Museum provided information about the species listed by De Vis, and is responsible for the synonymy of those names.
