Diagnosis
Carapace ovate in both lateral and dorsal view. Fused zone on both valves relatively broad and with numerous marginal pore canals. Left valve overlaps right one ventrally. Second thoracopod 5-segmented, one of the setae on terminal segment (seta h3) transformed into long claw. Caudal ramus strongly developed, symmetrical.
