- Chlopsis (Dietrichthys) finitimus Whitley, G.P. 1935. Studies in Ichthyology No. 9. Records of the Australian Museum 19(4): 215-250 figs 1-11 pl. 18 [220, figs 3, 3a] [derivation apparently from the Latin noun finitimus = neighbors; Whitley used the masculine ending with the feminine genus Chlopsis, indicating a noun rather than the Latin adjective].
