Ningaloo Reef, WA (22°18'S, 113°48'E) and offshore reefs of northwest WA from Rowley Shoals (17°18'S, 119°22'E) to Hibernia Reef (11°58'S, 123°22'E), WA, Ashmore Reef, Timor Sea (12°15'S, 123°02'E), and northern Great Barrier Reef (10°34'S, 143°55'E) to One Tree Island (23°30'S, 152°05'E), QLD, also offshore reefs of the Coral Sea from Boot Reef (9° 58' 42" S, 144° 42' 31" E) to Wreck Reef (22°12'S, 155°21'E) and possibly to Elizabeth & Middleton Reefs, NSW; tropical, Indo-west-central Pacific.
