Until the characters upon which these genera have been distinguished will be critically evaluated in a comprehensive revision, Caulococcus is regarded a subjective synonym of Phenacoccus (Ben-Dov, 1994).
SYSTEMATICS
Paroudablis is generally accepted as a subjective synonym of Phenacoccus.
