Extra Distribution Information
Goulburn Island, NT (11º30´S, 133º27´E) and Daintree River, QLD; tropical, east-Indo-west Pacific, most records of this species are referable to O. guttulare, and Allen et al. (2002) cautioned that the QLD population of Ophisternon bengalense may represent a new species.
