NEOSEBASTIDAE: Neosebastes entaxis Jordan & Starks, 1904 [the name Neosebastes entaxis has been applied mistakenly in Australia to N. johnsoni, N. longirostris and N. occidentalis, see Motomura, 2004] — Motomura, H. 2004. Revision of the scorpionfish genus Neosebastes (Scorpaeniformes: Neosebastidae), with descriptions of five new species. Indo-Pacific Fishes 37: 1-76 [24] (species restricted to north-west Pacific, Australian records based on misidentifications of Neosebastes occidentalis)
