Type data:
Holotype CSIRO CA 1844, north of Cape Lambert, Western Australia, Australia [19°35′–39′S, 117°10′–13′E].
Paratype(s) CSIRO 12 specimens, 32.8–69.0 mm SL (all from northwestern Australia).
