Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Themeda australis (R.Br.) Stapf [POACEAE] Kangaroo Grass; Allocasuarina sp. [CASUARINACEAE] She-Oak), volant.

Larva: wood-borer (associated flora: Acacia harpophylla F.Muell. ex Benth. [FABACEAE] Brigalow).

Extra Ecological Information

Hawkeswood (1978) recorded this species from Themeda australis (Poaceae); Cowie (2001) listed it from Allocasuarina spp.
