Lectotype UZMO F18401d2 ♀ (Specimen with soft parts dissected on a sealed slide (F18401d1) and valves stored dry in a micropalaeontological slide), New Zealand, Dunedin [S 45° 52' 43.53" E 170° 30' 10.07"].
Paralectotype(s) UZMO Various specimens (Three female carapaces stored dry in micropalaeontological slides (F18401g, F18401h, F18401i). Two females with soft parts dissected on a sealed slide (F18401e1, F18401f1) and valves stored dry in a micropalaeontological slide (F18401e2, F18401f2). Many in toto specimens in EtOH (F18401a)).
