Introduction
Kuiter (2001) slected the name elongatus over subelongatus. Both species were described in the same paper, and under the International Code of Zoologiucal Nomenclature, which name has priority is determined by the first reviser to clear select one name over the other. Lourie et al. (1999) appear to be the first revisers and selected subelongatus over elongatus. Previously both names were considered junior synonyms of.H angustus following Whitley (1940).
