Extra Distribution Information

Off Cairns, QLD (16º55´S) to off Perth, WA (31º57´S) tropical, temperate, discontinuous (South Atlantic, south-east Africa, tropical Pacific, New Zealand); but possibly more restricted; E. molleri has been confused with this species and some literature records undoubtedly refer to E. molleri.
