Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Allocasuarina campestris (Diels) L.A.S.Johnson [CASUARINACEAE] Tamma, She-Oak), volant.

Larva: wood-borer (associated flora: Cupressus macrocarpa Hartw. ex Gordon [CUPRESSACEAE] Monterey Cypress).

Extra Ecological Information

Hawkeswood & Peterson (1982) recorded this species' larval hosts as Callitris endlicheri and C. huegelii after Hadlington & Gardner (1959); Hawkeswood (1988) cited French's (1911) record of Cupressus macrocarpa var. lambertiana and added Callitris columellaris.
