Holotype TMH D1305, Derwent Estuary, off Nutgrove Beach, southern TAS, 3m [42°55'S, 147°21'E].

New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria

Bermagui, NSW (36°25'S) to west of Fowlers Bay, SA (32°17'S, 131°24'E) and throughout TAS; temperate.
Australian Endemic.
