Shoalwater Bay, QLD to Jervis Bay, NSW (35ºS, 150ºE), possibly to Shoalwater Bay (treated as Dermatopsis sp by Møller & Schwarzhans 2006) and south to northern TAS; subtropical.

Australian Endemic.
