Adult: diurnal, herbivore, volant.
Larva: wood-borer (associated flora: Backhousia myrtifolia Hook. & Harv. [MYRTACEAE] Grey Myrtle (adults recorded as emerging ex. dead branch); Rapanea variabilis (R.Br.) Mez [MYRSINACEAE] Muttonwood).
