Introduction

Hensley & Randall (1993) regarded C. kanekonis as a junior synonym of C. azureus, but other workers recognise that species from Japan.

Queensland, Western Australia


Extra Distribution Information

Shark Bay (25°21'S) to west of Broome (17°50'S, 121°41'E), WA, Lizard Island, QLD (14°40'S), and possibly off Brunswick Heads, NSW; tropical, east-Indo-west Pacific.
