Introduction

Until recently the name Bodianus vulpinus was applied to a species now known as Bodianus frenchii.

South Australia, Western Australia


Extra Distribution Information

Southwest of Ceduna, SA (34°12'S, 132°541'E) to Shark Bay, WA (25°20'S, 112°58'E), possibly more widely distributed but the name B. vulpinus has previously been used for B. frenchii so difficult to determine distribution; sub-tropical, temperate

Australian Endemic.
