Holotype WAM C55620 ♀ (valves stored dry in a micropalaeontological slide and soft parts used for molecular screening), Unnamed swamp, Coolcalalaya Station, Murchison, WA [27°31’22” S, 115°04’23” E].
Paratype(s) WAM C55621–55623, OC3378 Numerous ♀ (either stored as the holotype, as carapaces used for SEM or in alcohol), same as the holotype.
