Diagnosis

Scape yellow, much longer than head; flagellum black; frons wider than ocellar tubercle; antenna position high on frons; fore tibia and fore basitarsus dilated, bright yellow; wing with discal infuscate spot; spermathecal sac with outer reticulated lobes; spermathecal ducts long; sternite 8 with short, strong setae posteriorly.
