Diagnosis
Scape much longer than head; scutum with short, white scales; lower frons with elongate white scales; wing with strong black and yellow banding; legs black; male abdomen with extensive, silver velutum; distiphallus relatively broad, directed ventrally; spermathecal sac with outer reticulated lobes.
