Diagnosis

Diagnosis. Male frons narrow; two to three poorly defined rows of postocular setae; one pair of scutellar bristles; male
with extensive abdominal velutum; outer gonocoxal process long, very narrow, upward directed apically; inner gonocoxal process greatly reduced; distiphallus narrow, straight. Except: Male genitalia: outer gonocoxal
process slightly shorter than gonostylus; gonostylus with 2 narrow ventral processes midway along length,
medial process larger than laterad process.
