Diagnosis

Scape slightly shorter than head length; long, pale setae on scape; body glossy, dark brown–black; male frons width
equal to ocellar tubercle; postocular setae relatively long; male abdomen with extensive, silver velutum; wing venation
pale yellow; gonocoxite with acuminate postero-ventral tubercle; spermathecal sac without outer reticulated lobes.
