Holotype AM P41841 Adult ♂, valves and body in alcohol, appendages on slide (caught in trap (TAS-281) baited with pilchard), ~50 m off shore, east of Hannants Blight, north side of Cape Sorell, Tas, 18 m [42°11.5'S, 145°4'E]
Comment: additional paratypes available, adults and juveniles.
