Syntype(s) AM I.13805 (figured specimen in McCulloch), between Port Hacking and Wollongong, NSW; AM I.13806, between Port Hacking and Wollongong, NSW
Comment: 11 syntypes known based on McCulloch description, but Whitley did not indicate a holotype in 1929.
