Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
Yellow to yellowish brown, variably tinged with green dorsally, inner margin of forewing often tinged with brown [possibly entirely green in life]. Head approximately equal in width to pronotum. Male genitalia with pygophore lobes long, dorsal internal ledge absent. Subgenital plates elongate, lateral margin with long fine setae and short spine-like setae, ventral setae absent. Style variable; apical process elongate, ventral margin dentate over basal half, rarely dentate distally, with strong subapical tooth; apex upturned, acute. Aedeagus narrowly U-shaped in lateral aspect, shaft elongate, curved dorsally with a pair of small lateral flanges apically, gonopore apical on posterior margin, short; anterior incision absent (Knight & Webb 1986).
