Type data:
Holotype AMNH ♂ (coll.: 1–5.vii.1948, L.J. Brass, 400'), Mount Tozer, North Foot, Queensland.
Introduction
This species, which is unknown to the compiler, is only known from four male specimens (and two females presumed to be this species) collected at Mount Tozer on Cape York Peninsula, North Queensland. None of the specimens is in an Australian collection.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
Yellow to yellowish brown, variably tinged with green dorsally, inner margin of forewing often tinged with brown [possibly entirely green in life]. Head approximately equal in width to pronotum. Male genitalia with pygophore lobes short, dorsal internal ledge present. Subgenital plates short and broad, several short to moderately long fine setae laterally and short spine-like setae ventrally. Style with apical process robust, dentate ventrally over midlength for distance equal to half total length, apex narrowly truncate. Aedeagus U-shaped in lateral aspect, shaft narrow, curved dorsally; gonopore apical on posterior margin, short (Knight & Webb 1986).
