Introduction
The Tetrabrachiidae comprises two monotypic genera, both of which occur in Australia. Allen et al. (2006) included Tetrabrachium in the Antennariidae. Pietsch (1981) described the osteology and discussed relationships of the genus Tetrabrachium, and Pietsch (2005) provided a diagnosis of the family and species. Pietsch et al. (2009) described a new genus Dibrachichthys.
