Neotype WAM WAM P.25028-006 (original Holotype P.25391–001, from Wyulda Creek, Roe River, WA, destroyed), Wyulda Creek, a tributary of the upper Roe River, about 2 kilometers above the junction with Roe River.
Paratype(s) AMNH 35637; WAM P.25026-002; WAM P.25027-002; WAM P.25028-006.
