Ecological Descriptors

Larvae are a pest feeding predominantly on grasses (Poaceae and Cyperaceae), but have also been recorded as feeding on Ipomoea pes-caprae, Convolvulus arvensis and C. erubescens (Convolvulaceae), Chondrilla juncea (Asteraceae), Vitis sp. (Vitaceae) and other plants.
