Introduction
Note that the species name was originally spelled russelii. Most authors followed Günther (1861) in spelling the name russellii. Both names are currently in usage, but it is liklely that the name russellii may meet criteria for availability under the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature. Cuvier and Valenciennes in all of their works spelled the name of P. Russell as Russel, affecting the spelling several species named after Russell.
